Professional sugar waxing
Sugar waxing uses a pliable sugar paste that is moulded over the treatment area and removed using a controlled hand technique.
Unlike traditional warm waxing, the sugar paste is worked directly by hand rather than applied with a wooden spatula and removed using a strip. Some clients prefer the technique because of the way it is applied and removed.
Skinfit offers sugar waxing for selected facial and body areas, including services such as brows, chin, face, arms, legs, bikini and Brazilian treatments.

Before treatment, we consider factors such as skin tone, hair colour, treatment history and the condition of the area. Your treatment plan and appointment frequency are determined individually following consultation.
IPL is not suitable for every skin tone, hair colour or circumstance. Please provide complete information during consultation and follow the preparation advice supplied before your appointment.

After waxing or sugaring
Temporary redness, warmth or sensitivity can occur after hair removal. Treat the area gently and follow the aftercare advice provided during your appointment.
For a short period after treatment, avoid unnecessary heat, friction, strong exfoliation and highly fragranced products on the treated area. Contact Skinfit if you have questions about how your skin is responding.
Securing your appointment
A $40 deposit is required to secure every Skinfit treatment, whether you book online or over the telephone. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or moved on the day of treatment result in the loss of the deposit. Missed appointments without notice are managed according to Skinfit’s booking policy.

Can I book if the area is sunburnt or irritated?
Please contact the clinic before attending. Hair removal may need to be postponed if the treatment area is sunburnt, broken or actively irritated.
How often should I book?

What is Bronsun tinting?
Bronsun is the professional tinting system used for selected Skinfit lash and brow services. Your therapist selects the application and colour according to the service booked and your natural features.
Do you still offer tanning?
No. Skinfit no longer offers tanning or spray-tanning appointments.
